At PurposelyPrepared87, we strive to provide a smooth, personalized, and transparent shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our policies before placing your order:

  1. Returns & Customer Satisfaction
    We do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us. With over 20 years of working in customer service, we have found that no business survives without transparency and customer loyalty. If there’s an issue with your order or something you're not happy with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.     We kindly ask that you carefully read each product description before making a purchase.   3. Customization & Payment Policy
    All customized items require full payment upfront. You’ll be involved in each step of the design process to ensure the final product aligns with your vision. Because of the time invested in creating these custom pieces, refunds are not always guaranteed once the design work has begun.                                                                                                                                                                                                             
  4. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
    Please note that processing time refers to the time we need to create and prepare your order, while shipping time refers to delivery after the order has shipped. Be sure to consider both when determining if your item will arrive by your desired date.                                                                                                                                              
  5. Sizing Responsibility
    While we provide the brand, style name, and other details of the t-shirts we use, it is the customer’s responsibility to determine their correct size. We encourage reviewing the brand’s sizing chart or contacting us with sizing questions before purchasing.                                                                                                                       
  6. Color Variations & Mockups
    Please note that due to differences in screen resolutions and device settings, colors may appear slightly different in person. We also use brand-supplied stock photos to showcase our designs; final printed products may vary slightly in color and placement.                                                                                                                            
  7. Small Business Transparency
    We are a very small business and, unlike large retailers, we don’t have access to extensive resources or staffing. While we work hard to meet all timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control. In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly and offer a refund if the situation warrants it.
